Ve hře se nic neprodává
Eso bere je zdarma. Žetony a věci z obchodu (ruby karet, sukna, rámečky) se získávají jen hraním, denními odměnami a výzvami a za skutečné peníze se koupit nedají. Proto u nich není co vracet a nedají se ani vyměnit za peníze.
Dobrovolná podpora
Pokud hru podpoříš dobrovolným darem (tlačítko „Podpořit hru“, pokud je ve hře zobrazené), jde o dar bez protiplnění: nedostaneš za něj žádné zboží, službu ani výhodu ve hře. Dary se proto běžně nevracejí.
Když ale dar pošleš omylem (například špatnou částku nebo dvakrát), napiš nám do 14 dnů na info@esobere.cz a dar ti vrátíme. Poplatky, které si strhla platební služba, vrátit nemůžeme, pokud je ona sama nevrátí. Platbu zpracovává služba, přes kterou dar posíláš, a platí i její podmínky.
Tvoje práva
Tyto zásady neomezují žádná práva, která ti dává zákon.

Nothing in the game is for sale
Eso bere is free. Chips and shop items (card backs, felts, frames) are earned only by playing, from daily rewards and challenges, and cannot be bought for real money. So there is nothing to refund, and they cannot be exchanged for money either.
Voluntary support
If you support the game with a voluntary donation (the "Support the game" button, when the game shows one), it is a gift with nothing in return: you get no goods, service or advantage in the game for it. Donations are therefore not normally refunded.
If you sent a donation by mistake (say the wrong amount, or twice), write to info@esobere.cz within 14 days and we will return it. We cannot return fees the payment service kept, unless it returns them itself. The payment is handled by the service you donate through, and its terms apply too.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any rights the law gives you.
